Laura is an award-winning interior designer and fine artist.

She established Laura Gompertz Interiors in West London in 2008.

Working from her Chiswick home, she understands how to juggle children and a busy home life with the demands of a professional career. Her kitchens reflect a balance of stylish aesthetics and easy practicality.

Her background is in theatre design, both sets and costumes. In her 20s she designed for a wide variety of productions, from Alan Ayckbourn world premieres to touring theatre. From classic plays to pantomime and theatre in education.

She now combines working as an interior designer with fine art and photography. She paints in oils and draws in ink, inspired by the colours, patterns and textures of the natural world. Her photographic prints are semi-abstract observations of nature.

Laura's main focus is her interior design work, specialising in bespoke kitchens. She has also designed bathrooms, living rooms, wardrobes, shelving, hallways and gardens.
